Re: What's preventing me from installing WMP11 with error code 800

I'm confused too. When I go to Control Panel and User Accounts, there are 3
users all of which I can access. 2 of the users are members of the
Administrators group. When I go to the Administrators group, this tallies
showing the same 2 user accounts as the members. When I go to the 'Backup
....' screen below, the screen there is text greyed out reading
'*S-1-5-21-322068152-1708537766-725345643-2106'. Other policies shown on the
User Rights Assignment list are allocated with a Security Setting to
Administrators and these are editable.

Yes. The security settings are greyed out. The main software I've
installed
in the past month (and to start up the laptop did crash an awful lot) was
Norton Security 2008.

That's more explicit (see below). I don't know how to correct this
