If you're willing to provide the information, there is a tool that ships
with Windows that will get us a ton of information, but you need to either
put the information into a post here or make it available for us to download.

The tool is called "DXDIAG.EXE"

You run it from the Start -> Run. When it comes up, if you're on Vista it
will ask if you want to check for WHQL drivers, answer yes. If you're on XP,
there's a checkbox for the same thing on the System tab page in the lower
left corner.

Once the green progress bar has gone away, click the Display tab. If you
have multiple monitors it will show a tab for each one.

On the Display tab are three buttons for Enabling or Disabling things. Make
sure all three are enabled. Next to that are two buttins, one for Test
DirectDraw, the other for Test Direct3D. Run them both.

Once all the tests are complete, there's a button "Save all information...".
This will default to saving the file "dxdiag.txt" to your desktop.

Either post all the information in the text file here, or make it available
for download so that we can see what's installed, how things are configured,
what drivers you have, what audio and video codecs you have installed, etc.
The only personally idenfiable infromation will be the computer name and if
you want to edit that out, that's fine. but don't change any of the other
information.

This is the first step in figuring out what's going really on with your
system and it may help others with the same problem.

can see the video but full screen does not work. If I turn it up, I cannot
