Yes we have and sure you can test it.

If you need bigger file I could upload.
Fourcc of this video H264, audio type is mp3.

For playback in WMP you need DMO or VCM decoder.
The first we could find to be compatible in this mode is LEAD H264 Video
CODEC (3.0) with DMO decoder.
