So, to confirm : When you save the attachment, it still doesn't work ?
That's pretty weird unless the file format isn't one of the ones WMP
handles by default.
Someties you'll find security updates to (eg) outlook can prevent file
handling being achieved across other programs, that's what I reckon's
happened here.
