Yes, I meant Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005. When I choose MORE I get
a much smaller list of choices on my Windows-Media-Center-Edition-2005
computer than on my Windows-XP-Professional computer. For the life of me I
can't figure out why. I only get about 25% of the choices compared to
Professional.

What is Windows Media Edition? Do you mean Windows XP Media Center Edition.
2005?
It should have the same column options as XP. Did you click the More button
at the bottom of the list when choosing columns?

When I try to choose folder details to display, I get a very short list

details in Windows Media Editon?
