Yes, that's not viable/possible. Because that would do damage to your
system, the system stops you from doing that.
You are following a dead end here and would need to stop this path.
You cannot delete the player in full - there would be no really good way to
fully repair that damage.
You really need to contact technical support so you can get the missing
files you need. =\

I made sure my folders were not hidden, went to C:\WINDOWS and the
servicepack folder wasnt there, nor was the wmp 10 installer in the
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32 folder.
I used an installer for wmp 10 off a friends computer, and got the
incompatibillity message, i copied his wmploc.dll file to my system 32
folder
and the installer still says ist not compatible with windows,
Is there ANY way I can delete the player and start on a blank slate?
