MS isn't providing those radio stations - MS is at the mercy of the content
provider.
I can understand the frustration. It works fine for everyone I've checked
with, but that's no solace to you. If you want to move forward, you would
want to contact either actual support-

or go to an Internet Explorer forum. Sadly, there's pretty much no aspect
of WMP running at all when you're clicking to save a cookie in IE within
WMP.
You're basically going to the foot specialists in the hospital and asking
them about your eye. You're very properly being redirected, not for lack of
caring, but because it's going to be much more effective for you to see the
right specialists than to have them try to brute force some issue.
