You need the Chronotron plugin for WMP to do that :

There's also a Winamp plugin, but that won't meet your DRM requirement
15 day shareware trial at the above address, not sure of the price.
Try it first before parting with cash, as the Docs mention that DSP
plugins may be disabled when playing back DRM music files :
