skipping file to another
Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance
I have installed Windows Media Services on one of my HP DL380 server.
It is under Windows Enterprise 2003 so that I can multicast the
content. Using the default application provided by WMS, I can create
multiple playlist by pointing the folder from SAN, let's name the mount
point as "E" and it is 500GB in size. I have around 4 folders within
it, and each folder contained 31 subfolders and each folder contain 24
clips so that I can playback it 24 hours. So, I have a total of 4
publishing points.
Initially, each folders indeed playback the clip files down the list
orderly, i.e. it will start from the first folder and the first clip
and so on. After a week, it no longer starts from the first clip of
the first folder but to next folder. What's wrong with the Media
Services? Any solution will be appreciated. Thanks!
