Are you streaming internally on your LAN, or did you expect multicast
to work over the internet (clue : it doesn't in general unless you
have access to "Internet 2" and MONE muticast islands near to you).
You will not currently be able to use multicast to general internet
users, as most routers and ISPs don't support multicast right now.
If you are streaming within your organisation, you need to ask your
network manager to enable multicast on the routers, and you probably
want to enable QOS reporting as well on clients and routers.
To test multicast connectivity, you can open an MSDOS prompt and
pathping -T -R ip.of.your.server
And you should get a list of nodes which are QOS aware throughout the
path (probably I'm prepared to bet, none to few).
