How do I delete Album Art?

Tech-Archive recommends: Speed Up your PC by fixing your registry

I didn't know that there were invisible files in "My Document" Folder
until I saw them with Nero Express. If I burn a disk in data mode
suddenly a bunch of album art, large and small appear on the disk that I
had burned along with the corresponding song. Ok so far Ok.

Now here's the problem, All of my songs are collected into corresponding
folders, However when I view My Document using Nero express I see a
number of Album Art for songs that were moved and I think some deleted.

I've tried to find a solution on Google and clicked "show hidden files
and folders in the folder option section of control panel but these files
are still not viewable or more to the point deletable.

I would like to be able to back up my music onto DVD disks but all that
damn album art is all in the way. Most of the comments I find on Google
and the Web are concerned with downloading album art not getting rid of
it.

Could someone please tell me if there is anything I can do. Is there a
program out there that might help me manage these things. I just
installed media library management wizard but when I click it all I get
is "The media library management wizard works with media player for
windows XP only". I have windows XP and Media Player 10.

I'm about to give up and this newsgroup is my last attempt to fix it.

Thanks
.
