The IP address for the MMS stream (inside the HTML) ought to be the
external IP address of the network, facing the internet.
Unfortunately, microsoft chose to use the UNC name for the server if
the server has no DNS name available on the internet.
As yours probably doesn't I'm prepared to bet your URL to the mms
stream is like mms://mycomputer/test and in fact it needs to be like
mms://217.45.200.108/test
This is because the machine and network 'mycomputer' isn't known to
the internets DNS routers (however it *is* known to the browse
services on your local network provided by NetBeui etc, so it works
there).
Make sure to keep your IP updated if you're on a dynamic IP address.
Normally it'll be static until you take your router down or your DSL
goes offline, you may then end up with a *new* external IP address.
