Roger,
I found it. In the audio options of the app, I turned on the "Always use
MME interface, even when WDM drivers are available" setting. Yeah, this is
MIDI, but I did it anyway. The GS Wavetable Synth appeared in the MIDI out
list, and I was able to use it.
