How to setup a mms live audio proxy ?

Dear all the advanced:

For the saving the bandwith, I want to setup a live audio proxy(mms
protocol) via only one connection of outside live audio station. And all the
other client inside company receiving the live audio from the proxy.

Is it possible provided by windows media service ? or 3rd party product ?
Any suggestion or guideline documentation for reference.
