I have the same problem. I have Sonic MyDVD 6.0 Deluxe that has an MP3
encoder for Windows Media, and it worked very well with Media Player 9. Once
I installed Media Player 10, it tells me there is no MP3 encoder installed.
Sonic told me to reinstall their program, but it didn't help (I uninstalled,
then reinstalled, rebooted and all, and nothing helped). The link on the MS
site shows that buying and installing the exact program I have (Sonic
Cineplayer--part of the MyDVD suite) fixes this. However, it does not. I also
tried to rollback to Media Player 9 but it still doesn't allow MP3 ripping.
Sonic's site has been down all day, so I can't reply to them. Any suggestions?
