Problems with playing 5.1 sound

I'm using the http://www.sf-anytime.com/ service to play movie form the web.

That's fun. So I have link up a projector and recently I by a new Receiver
(DENON -avr-1705*more info in the end of the message),

The problem is with the sound, and the support at sf-anytime says there is
no solution on the problem. The Windows Media 5.1 system reverses the output
sound for the receiver. So the backgrounds sound hear like it was in the
foreground and the foreground sound as it was in the background. I try to
chance the settings of the speakers but no help here.

What can I do?
