Hi Alan
I also have this trouble and like you tried everything
even got the licences renewed. I tried again and low and
behold it copied, at last I thought but no, now there is
no sound coming from copied cd. It makes you think if it
is worth going legal and paying for licences as I could
copy unlicenced ones using Nero. (Licenced ones I have
need to be copied though WMP which in my experience isn't
up to the job. I never had this trouble before.
