Windows Server 2003

I'm using the Windows Media adm to block music streaming
to WMP.

I would like to know how to prevent users from listening
to Yahoo Radio. Is there a certain file type I can block
to prevent this?

Or will I have to block every URL of Every Internet
Broadcast station in the world?

Or is there a GPO setting that will block all Internet
Access to Windows Media Player?
