converting files to cda

My Media Player 9 will not convert files to the cda
format when burning a CD. Therefore, when I burn a CD, I
am only able to play it in my computer not on any regular
CD player. I have all the settings checked that should
allow this to work properly but it still will not work.

I have contacted MS support several times and they have
given me some suggestions....all of which I had already
done and still NOTHING.

Anyone else have this problem and know of any solutions?
