I'll assume you're using Windows XP or 2000...

The username and password it's asking for should be for
the Adminastrator (Sp). If you know the username and
password then just enter those but if you don't know it
(IE you are not the adminastrator) ask whomever it is if
you can install Media Player and the password.
If you have forgotten the password or username (Not
nescessarily 'Admin') and you ARE the admin then you may
have to ask the forums about getting the password back!
