Which WinAMP? Last I checked, WinAMP had a WMA plug-in...
Click the "Learn More About MP3 Formats" if you want to purchase an MP3
encoder for use with WMP.
For conversion purposes, check your favorite search engines. There's many
apps that will do this for you.
