RTSP publishing point

Hi,

I am setting up a remote publising point. The source is from a remote
server streaming to WMS. RTSP is over TCP and RTP is over UDP. As soon
as the SETUP happens, WMS sends a TEARDOWN. Is there something I am
missing? Please help.
