Playlist advertisement problem

Hello,
I have a problem I can't quite figure out. Based on information I gained
from this awesome newsgroup, I am able to run a "splash video" that runs when
nothing else in the playlist is running. Meaning, all of our entries are
scheduled using the wallclock, and when those videos are not playing, we have
a "splash" that runs the rest of the time.
My problem is this. Whenever the time comes for a video to run based on the
wallclock entry, the "splash" pauses and then when the video is done, the
"splash" resumes. The "splash video is 10 mins long and is set to run
indefinite in the playlist (see below). Wherever the "splash" is paused (for
the video to run), when the "splash" picks up, it only loops through the
remaining time. Meaning, if the "splash" is paused at 9 min 50 sec in it's
run time, when it restarts, it loops continuously through the last 10 seconds
of the video. We have to restart the pubpoint to get it to loop through the
entire 10 minutes. Can someone tell me why this is happening based on the
playlist below? I really appreciate it!
