Thanks for the suggestion Mike. However, this did not seem to make any
difference.

I gave "full control" permissions to bo the Everyone account and the Network
Service accout and this did not make any difference.

I also stopped and restarted the Media Server, still no change in results.

It should not matter that I have multiple Publishing Points should it? I am
treating a Publishing Point the same as a virtual directory in IIS. I have
one IP address pointing to the Media Server then two publishing points under
that one IP address. On Publishing Point points to the default wmpub folder
on the C: drive and everything in here plays fine. The second publishing
point points to a directory on the D: drive.

I think this setup should be OK. Any other thoughts?

same as the actual folder name, and I have setup the "Network Service"
account for this folder and I have given this account "Modify"
permissions.

The folder location on the D: drive is "D:\Folder". In this folder is a
single .wmv media file. "Demo1.wmv".

Still sounds like an NTFS permissions issue. Grant Full Control to Everyone
on the folder/files and see if it works (as a test.)
