Live broadcast content protect..

Hello,
I've successfully started live broadcast streaming with windows media server
in windows server 2003.
And we've put the activex play codes in a website. We have 4 cameras and they
are streaming 24 hours live.
But some peoples, stealing our publishing point addresses
(mms://server:port/publish..) and using the addresses in their sites/codes and
our windows media server makes too high bandwith...We want protect our content
and we want only the peoples in our site must to see this content. (Our site
is public and there isn't any password protected areas.).
We have changed every day our publishing point name, but the stealers allready
look the codes and stealing the addresses.

So,
How can i disable the stealing of content and if there any http-referrer check
like protect, how can i do that ?
I want to publish the content only the sites that i want. And not to steal
from anyone.
