Bandwidth = concurrent users x bit rate
- or -
= concurrent users x users download speed
whichever is smaller
= 75 users x 400 kbps
= 30 mbps
Your hardware requirements are minimal, hard drives will be the
bottleneck. A good server with two SATA drives (one drive if you arent
using RAID) and 2 GB of ram will easily handle it

I'm trying to understand how to size the appropriate hardware and bandwidth
requirements that I have.
I have a maximum of 75 concurrent users streaming up to 65 unique streams
meaning there are 65 different videos being streamed at one time. Each video
has a 400Kb bit rate and is approximately 30 minutes long on average. Can
someone point me in the right direction as to how to figure this information
out and also provide some guidance?
Thanks,
Chad
