Thank your Neil,

but what is the solution for that problem, after successfull boot-up I
am able to start the plugin manually but not during booting
automatically. It's here server related, not a local MS Media Player
which shows that error.

Same problem with Apache Start as services, it can only be started at
the second try after one minute delay after booting, but not directly
during the boot-up sequence.
