Isn't there a perfmon counter called "Current Incoming bandwidth" or some
such thing that you can look for?
Perfmon->Under performance object choose Windows Media Services and you will
see Current Incoming Bandwidth in Kbps as a possible counter. You can track
this per publishing point too. Is this what you are looking for?
