Getting stats on a publishing point?

How could I use Windows Media Services to get statistics on an individual
publishing point's statistics? I need to be able to know how long a given
connection has been active, or how many bytes a client has streamed, etc.

Do I need to make a custom plug-in to do this, or is there something
existing that I can tap into?

Any advice is much appreciated.
