Test Multicast Announcement error

Hi all,
I’m new at working with Windows Media Services and so far it’s been a piece
of cake but now I’m trying to set up a Connection to a multicast stream using
the Multicast Announcement Wizard and when I go to test the announcement it
gives me and error that says “The download of the specified resource has
failed”. The unicast stream seems to work fine but for whatever reason the
multicast stream does not. I have no idea what to do next. I’ve tried
everything I know how and that’s not much so any help would be appreciated.
