Just to update what I have done:
I have a network sniffer and captured packets from the client requesting the
multicast session and the streaming server. From the client, I see it
sending a IGMP Report messages to the Mulicast group IP address of the
server. On the server side, I see RTP (Real Time Transport) protocol
messages being sent out to the client. The client still will not connect
with the session.
