Not streaming over internet even though firewall is switched off

Hi there

I have just setup a new server that has iis, SQL server and Medai services.
This is a windows 2003 system with media service 9.

I have got difficults streaming media out side of the server. the firewall
has been turned off and still no joy.

I have also tried to get streaming via HTTP (port 80) using the microsoft
knowledge base article Q328728 but all of my web sites get turned off and
cant be re-enable untill http streaming is turnned off.

I have changed things like file permissions, different ports, from on-demand
to live streaming and i have even re-installing MS9 just incase of a bad
first install.

Any help would be greatful
