Push latest version of Media Player from Windows Media Server

We have a wmv video in a publishing point on Windows Media Server. The video
has very poor quality when streamed to a client using Windows Media Player
below version 9. Can we push Windows Media Player version 9 or 10 from
Windows Media Server to the client when they click the link to play the movie?
