Virtual Server 2005 turns off the VS

I've been using Virtual Server 2005 for about 4 weeks now. It's been working
good except for 1 problem. Almost every morning, this happens in the log:

12/20/2004
8:06:48 PM Virtual Machine "CLAS0DV03" could not be started because a
disk-related error occurred.
 12/20/2004
8:06:48 PM Virtual Machine "CLAS0DV03" was reset.
 12/20/2004
8:06:48 PM Setting Change The setting "hardware/bios/time_bytes" for the
virtual machine configuration "CLAS0DV03" was changed.

... so it changes the "Hardware/bios/time_bytes" setting, attempts to
restart the computer, then fails. Any idea why?
