"Invalid access to memory location" Error Code: 0x800703e6

Considering your other post that Anonymous plug-in was in
error state, that would explain your WSX not streaming.

The issue with WMS Editor may be due to a different
reason. Did you happen to install any new software on the
server (like MS Office, any 3rd party software etc.)?

If you want you can try the following and see if it helps,
but I cannot guarantee you the results or any issues that
may arise out of this.

1. Go to your Windows' System32 directory (i.e, %WINDIR%
\system32).
2. Run regsvr32 msxml3.dll

then, restart the MMC Admin/Playlist editor and see if it
works.
