    Hello Ravi,

I have set it up and tried testing in many ways, but the scenario that would
be most useful to explain would be this one :-

Because timing was one of the things I have thought about I tested by,
     1) reseting the server (this is the last time I touched the server until
    the end of this test)
     2) I connected with the dialup.
     3) I then shutdown the dialup (disconected WMP9 and turned off machine -
    because I needed too that's all :-) )
     4) later (about 2 hrs) I fired up the dialup again and voila it still
worked :-) (so once again I disconected WMP9 and turned off machine)
     5) When I went around to my mates place for drinks (approx 4 hrs later)
alas the dreaded error message appeared.

I did also reverse this test with the same results. (Just swap the computers
    around in each step)

I admit my connection is crap (256/64) however I figured if only one machine
is connecting at any one time this should not be a problem.
Hardware is not WMS Specific (you know the machines MS tries to advertise in
    the help guides <:-{ ) However being a Hewlett Packard P4 2.8Ghz 1Gb Ram I
figured it should be more than capable.

Oh yeah I am using th 100kbps stuff. I understand that my network cannot
handle this to the max ( I am just testing) and admit that it does not work
"properly" on the dialup (though you can here about 2 secs of sound here and
there when it works, the error when it doesn't). BTW it is suprisingly good
on my mates cable when it works! even though I only have a max of 64kbps
upstream - one upside for MS!)

Hope this helps you help me
