Jacky,
Is it that you do not even have NIC on the server or is it
just not connected to the network (for ex., is just
disabled but installed?).
I haven't installed WMS on a machine that does not have a
Network connection, so cannot say for sure if that could
be a problem. But if you do have a NIC with an IP, I can't
think of a reason why the setup would break.
Anyways, since I don't have any other suggestions, may be
the only things left to try is to put it on a network and
do an install. Or may be someone else on the newsgroups
might have some other ideas.
