Hi Ravi,

I can see the %SystemDrive%\wmpub\wmroot getting printed. I also have
checked the event logs. there is a warning that - The World Wide Web
Publishing Service failed to enable bandwidth throttling on site '2' because
QoS Packet Scheduler is not installed. Therefore, I have installed the QoS
but the problem does not seem to go away.

After installation of QoS Packet Scheduler, the only warning is that HP
NC7781 Gigabit Server Adapter: The network link is down. Check to make sure
the network cable is properly connected. I do not know whether this will
affect WMS as my server is not connected to network.

Really thanks for your advice and help.
