    Hi Jacky,

I can't quite put a finger why your system does not work,
especially after you have done a clean re-installation.

Can you check if the following script actually runs on
your Windows Media Server? Can you copy the following 2
lines as a file called "test.vbs" and run it from command
line as "cscript test.vbs" and let me know the output:

    Set obj = Createobject("WMSServer.server")
    wscript.echo obj.PublishingPoints("/").Path

If you actually see your %SystemDrive%\wmpub\wmroot
getting printed, it looks like just your WMS Admin
installation went wrong for some reason and your server
    is probably fine.

Do you see any events in the "Event Log" related to
Windows media services as a warning or error? Or any
other error in event log that you think may be related to
    WMS installation?

    Thx,
    Ravi
