You can download the WIndows Media Services SDK by
following the links at
http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?
url=/downloads/list/winmedia.asp.
You can write a custom authorization plug-in to a windows
media server that will redirect the requests it gets to
another server (however, to write custom plug-ins you need
to use Windows Server 2003 Enterprise edition). Look for
explanation of Logical URL Transform event in the WMS SDK
Documentation for further details.
