Yes, I am using a standalone player.
Is there absolutey no way for me to be able to read
either (1) wmpcd:\\ files or (2) Now Playing list? in
order to extract the information I need.
I was hoping some simpe javascript / wsh may do the trick?
Any info may help.
thanks

- the playlist name as Playlist1 (which is not the
playlist I created) and is empty.
- the object item is empty. So, cannot extract any
attributes.
If you are trying to retrieve info from the stand-alone
player, you can not do that: you can only retrieve info from
your own embedded instance (unless you remote the player,
but you need C++ or equivalent to do that).
