Thank you. I was able to download the Platform SDK
(http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=A55B6B43-E24F-4EA3-A93E-40C0EC4F68E5&displaylang=en)

However, I cannot add reference to "Microsoft.WindowsMediaServices." This
assembly should have already been registered and installed in the GAC when
Windows Media Services is installed, right?

Please advise. Thanks.

The WMS SDK has been integrated into the Platform/Windows
SDK since the version for 2003SP1.
