Sorry for the alphabet soup in the title.
I'm trying to create a DSP plugin for WMP 11. I had a working DMO, and I
added an implementation of IMFTransform to it.
I posted here:

didn't get any answers, so I'm wondering if this is more related to
Windows
Media Player.
Along with all the things in the thread above, I've also tried signing the
plugin DLL and booting Vista in "test" mode -- same thing, E_NOTIMPL. I'm
at
a loss.
