High quality full screen size Screen Capture Using WMEncoder Object

Hi folks,
I have been trying to develop an application using the WMEncoder
Object in c# for screen capture purpose. Although I manage to capture
the screen and all the activities taking place, the video quality of
the capture is not very good, in other words the video size (height and
width) of the captured video is very small. When I run this video in
full screen mode a whole lot of pixelaration takes place. Is there any
way to capture a full screen sized high quality video using the
WMEncoder object. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
