Maybe as I unterstand I video stream is used to show Web stream,

I don't know what else is needed. Maybe some option in the Media Player
needs to be turned on? Like for the script?
And what options needs to be turned for the script?
Tools -> Options -> Privacy -> Enable script commands in web pages
The purpose of your question is vague though, " video stream is used
to show Web stream" is only applicable in a very few special uses.
If you can re-phrase your question perhaps I can suggest a way to get
your embedded player working.
