Error The requested address is not valid in its context (0x80072741)

Hi all,

during bootup of the windows server 2003 only the
WM-HTTP-Controlprotocol Plugin does not start automatically, get the
above error message.

But I can start (means avtivate) it manually after the bootup.

What does that message mean? Which address is not valid? I changes also
the port for WMS-HTTP from default 80 to 8000 or other else, but same
situation.
