Easy way to get a still Image?

Hi,
i try to find a easy way to get a still image from a played video (MPEG1 or
MPEG2) in VB.NET.
Does anyone have a sample code how to do that?
How can i add a playback graph and the SampleGrabber if i use WMSDK?
