I don't think you can say it is a bug for g_wszVBRQuality because the call
is not documented anywhere that I can find to work on the reader object.
Also, E_INVALIDARG usually means that the parameter is not a valid argument
not that its type is incorrect.
You can call MS Customer Support in your country if you think it's a bug.
However, if they determine it isn't you will be liable for the support call
cost or you can use one of your MSDN support incidents if you have a
subscription and have any left.
