Windows Media Services Logging Plugin help

Hello.
I have written a logging plugin, following the advice in this article:
http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/dnwmt/html/creatingawindowsmediaservicesloggingplugin.asp?frame=true
When ever I try to enable my plugin on the server it throws the following
error:
The Plug-in has reported an error. See the Troubleshooting tab or the NT
Application Event Log for details
Error Code: 0xc00d157d
In the event log I see the following:
Server failed with the following information: Error code = 0x80070002, Error
text = ''Logging plugin' The system cannot find the file specified. '.
Can anyone tell me what the problem is? Clearly it can't find a file so
either a file (what file?) is missing or there is a security issue.
Is there a list of error codes anywhere? I can't find any plugin error codes
in the SDK
Any help is much appreciated
Regards
Ian
