Can't transfer DRM protectd file to the device using WMDM 10 SDK

Hi,
I want transfer a DRM protected file(wma) to my portable device.
I am using IWMDMStorageControl::Insert (or Insert3) and my device(CREATIVE
ZEN) supports DRM.

I can transfer mp3 or wma files(not DRM protected) to the device successful,
but I can't transfer protected file.
I also got license in my computer , so that I can play this file and sync
this file to the device using windows media player.

How to transfer the protected file to portable device?
